Room aims to provide a quiet, communal work environment for women and non-binary artists and writers. Are you working on any projects in particular? What genre/discipline are you working in? From the practical to the abstract, what are your needs?

I understand that Room Project will limit the number of members using the space at any given time to 10 people. To help maintain this limit, I will always book the hours I intend to use Room Project in advance at www.roomproject.org/desks

Upon entering Room Project I will wear my own mask or one that is provided at all times. I understand that anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to leave. I will use the provided hand sanitizer or my own upon entering.

I will use a provided cleaning agent to wipe down my work area before and after I use it. I acknowledge that there is a limit to one person per desk, and only two people may sit at the conference tables.

When using the bathroom, I will wipe down anything I touch, including the toilet handle, the outside and inside door handles, and the sink with a provided cleaning agent. I will wash my hands and use a provided, single-use hand towel.

I will not visit Room Project if I have a temperature or any symptoms related to COVID-19. I also agree to immediately notify Room if I have symptoms or a diagnosis of COVID-19.

I understand that Room Project is a quiet, open-air workspace. As such, I agree to take phone/zoom calls outside, or keep them very short and take them in the kitchen area.
